Not all situations lend themselves to the services listed below but ultimately what we ‘do’ is about assisting our clients in determining the best way to achieve their short term and expedited goals.  Typically, the best way is the one that has the greatest potential for returning the highest price achievable for the items offered for sale via one, or more,  of our recommended formats.  Our fees are commission based and, being commission based, it behooves us to seek the highest fair market dollar available.  Doing so is the right thing for our clients and the right thing for the viability of our business.



An expedited sales marketing technique typically for business assets not consisting of retail inventory.  Small business Auctions may typically last one or two days depending on the assets being sold.  On a given day, at a given and time the sale ‘spotlight’ will shine on your assets and, following our targeted marketing approach, all interested buyers will gather in one place to bid their interest in your assets.  Doug Sinclair (Virginia Auction License Number 3470) is our contract auctioneer and will ‘cry the bid’ for over two hundred auctions every year.

Off, or on location or (coming soon) online via our ‘Bid or Buy It Now’ internet sales program.  The reduction of overstocked, surplus, hard to move and other such merchandise can be an excellent way to raise capital and become a leaner, more competitive retail entity.





Unfortunately, particularly in the current business climate, many small businesses are faced with the necessity of going out of business.  It would not be unusual for such business to be behind in rent or loan payments and burdened with other financial issues as a result of poor sales.  Our confidential review process will assist in examining options that may still be available.  Ultimately, it is to the benefit of landlords and lenders to work together in a well considered and professional approach to problem resolution.  Nothing that we do will make you ‘whole’ in the manner you envisioned when you first opened your doors to the public, but it will give everyone involved a way to go.  Through contractually stipulated and structured sale distributions your personal ‘800 pound gorillas’ may walk away with their property free and clear and loans potentially written down!

For the sale of retail merchandise, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for small businesses currently in operation or recently closed.  Small business liquidations and GOB’s will typically run anywhere from four to thirty days depending the depth of the retail merchandise and fixtures being offered
